In this role, you will help drive our organizational objectives by managing complex projects, configuring our SaaS solutions, and collaborating across departments to deliver results that matter.
What you'll be doing
- Translate client needs into clear scopes of work while managing expectations and project timelines.
- Configure our rules-based SaaS platform to meet specific client requirements and ensure high-quality, accurate delivery.
- Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to investigate data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement scalable process improvements.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or database administration.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with a solid understanding of data modeling.
- Deep familiarity with the SDLC and Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience working within SaaS environments and navigating complex data flows.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, though candidates with relevant business experience and certifications are also encouraged to apply.
What you'll get
