What you bring
We are searching for a Senior Business Analyst to join us on a Full Time basis. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be instrumental in optimizing our data infrastructure and building meaningful visualizations that drive our business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and evaluating experiments to assess product usability and performance through key metrics.
- Building comprehensive dashboards that monitor performance across our content, marketing, sales, and revenue verticals.
- Performing deep-dive exploratory analysis to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably within a SaaS or Fintech environment. We value candidates who hold a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Science. You should be highly proficient in SQL, BigQuery, Python, and MS Excel. Experience with web analytics platforms like Mixpanel and Google Analytics is essential. Beyond your technical toolkit, we are looking for a self-starter with a proactive attitude who can communicate complex insights clearly and solve problems creatively while managing multiple deadlines.
