What you'll be doing

• You will analyze large, intricate data sets to uncover the trends and patterns that guide our high-level business decisions.
• You will design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Python, Plotly, and PowerBI to turn raw data into clear, actionable stories.
• You will work alongside cross-functional teams and leadership to define key performance indicators and communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in quantitative analysis and a passion for data storytelling. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Business or Data Analyst.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and Excel for statistical and graphical analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization platforms, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
• Proven experience in mentoring junior team members and guiding their professional growth.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
• Bonus points if you hold a Master’s degree, have experience with AWS, or possess proficiency in Python or R.
• Fluency in English is required for this position.
