What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring we deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. You will leverage your expertise in software engineering and agile development to drive our product vision forward.

• Collaborate with product managers to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for our developers.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and participate in sprint planning to ensure our deliverables meet strict quality standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within a fast-paced technology environment. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in a field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. We value candidates who possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of UX design principles. Proficiency in data visualization tools and a solid grasp of wireframing and prototyping are essential. While not required, a background in the sports or media industry will certainly set you apart.
