About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure we deliver high-quality, differentiated software solutions. You will be responsible for eliciting requirements, driving process improvements, and ensuring that our product strategies are executed effectively and predictably.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-driven insights to optimize business processes, guide strategy, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Facilitate, document, and manage business requirements for new features and process improvements while advocating for simplicity and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process and data models to support the successful design, development, and testing of business solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Technical proficiency with APIs and modern technology stacks.
- Strong ability to create flow diagrams for data and process modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate approach to understanding customer challenges.
- A self-motivated mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Location
This position is based in New Zealand.
