Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Australia, where you will play a hands-on part in shaping our strategy and driving our engineering efforts forward.
Your impact
- Coach and mentor high-performing squads on agile mindsets and behaviors to ensure deep team engagement.
- Strengthen our delivery by applying a blend of Scrum, Kanban, Systems Thinking, and OKRs.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, translating complex needs into detailed user stories that drive real value.
What you'll need
To thrive in this role, you should bring a blend of technical insight and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who is experimental, motivated, and ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the software engineering lifecycle.
- Fluency in English with the ability to run workshops and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to interpret business needs, document technical requirements, and solve problems creatively.
- Expertise in managing competing priorities while maintaining a focus on shipping high-quality software to production.
