What you'll be doing

• Requirements Gathering: You will work directly with subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, and validate business needs, ensuring that we make the right decisions while proactively managing project scope.
• Workflow Design: You will collaborate with architects, UI designers, and business owners to create efficient, automated workflows that ensure the right tasks reach the right people at the right time.
• Testing and Documentation: You will write clear business requirement stories and develop acceptance criteria using Agile best practices, while assisting partners with user acceptance testing to mitigate risks and improve processes.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a senior professional who is comfortable navigating complex projects and driving digital transformation. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience as a business analyst or subject matter expert, ideally within the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with various external partners.
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills, with a focus on reducing manual intervention through automation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build trust and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $115,000 USD, with final compensation determined based on your specific experience and certifications. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following benefit:
