Are you ready to help lead a massive digital shift for a major European retailer? Riverflex is looking for a sharp, organized professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. We are a global consultancy founded in 2018 with a mission to help leaders drive meaningful change through our strategy, talent, and technology services. We are currently supporting a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation, and we need your expertise to keep our regional enablement efforts on track.
Role at a glance
This is a Senior-level, contractor position focused on the Belgium and South-East Europe region. You will work remotely, though you must be based in the UAE to ensure alignment with European time zones. This is a six-month engagement with the potential for an extension, perfect for a professional who excels at structuring complex information and planning for large-scale enterprise initiatives.
Your impact
- Translate high-level milestones into clear, actionable activity breakdowns covering technology, processes, and communication for the regional team.
- Manage planning structures by using Jira to organize features, epics, and stories, ensuring that regional deliverables remain perfectly aligned with the global program roadmap.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment by coordinating with global enterprise, HR, and IAM platform teams to consolidate inputs and maintain documentation for current and future-state processes.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong analytical and structuring skills, with hands-on experience using Jira or similar planning software.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- The ability to operate effectively in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication across regional and global teams.
- Bonus points if you have a background in IAM, cybersecurity, Agile frameworks, or organizational change management.
