We are looking for a curious and committed Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help us improve the travel experience at scale. What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with our Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, and our Performance Improvement Squad to pinpoint opportunities in customer implementations through rigorous data analysis.
- Conduct deep research into market sizes and customer segments to provide the Product team with the insights needed to make data-driven decisions and shape our roadmap.
- Evaluate our current business processes to formulate new initiatives and work alongside internal stakeholders to define clear requirements and improve overall efficiency.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in an analyst role or a similar capacity.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and other forms of data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with PowerBI, AWS Quicksight, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to create detailed reports and deliver compelling presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
