We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. Our company focuses on advancing financial technology and credit risk management solutions, and we need an expert to help us optimize our strategic decisioning processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and refine TRIAD strategy configurations, including keys, random digit groups, and champion/challenger testing.
- Oversee critical decision areas such as credit facilities, scoring models, authorization workflows, and collections.
- Utilize PCTMS to support our technical operations and project requirements.
- Handle complex customer and account management tasks, including the administration of SPIDs.
- Analyze payment systems and credit risk data to drive informed business strategies.
- Produce clear, high-quality documentation to support our internal processes and stakeholder communication.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience with TRIAD strategy management and its associated decision areas.
- Proficiency in PCTMS and payment systems.
- Strong background in credit risk management and account strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage customer accounts and technical documentation effectively.
