Business Analyst at vTech Solution

Our IT PMO has been evolving for three years, and while we have made great strides, our business analysis function is still in its early stages. We are looking for someone who is ready to step in and help us define what this role looks like for our organization. You will be a foundational voice in shaping our processes and maturing our culture, helping us bridge the gap between complex business needs and our technology solutions.

The opportunity

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will sit within our IT PMO and act as a vital link across the company. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States where you will manage a diverse portfolio of 3 to 7 projects simultaneously. You will not just be executing tasks. You will be a strategic partner who helps us establish standards, refine our templates, and guide the organization toward a more structured approach to delivery.

A day in the life

• You will dive deep into current business procedures to document processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that every stakeholder need is captured and accounted for.
• You will balance multiple initiatives at once, working across various business areas to translate requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
• You will collaborate with the broader PMO team to develop and implement new documentation standards, including Requirements Traceability Matrices and functional specifications.

Who you are

You are an experienced professional with at least 7 years of relevant work history and an active IIBA certification. You hold a degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, or a related field. Because you will be helping us build our processes, you must be comfortable working independently and navigating a matrixed organization with ease. You are fluent in English and possess the following skills:

• Deep expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• A proven track record of performing market analysis to vet potential solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills that allow you to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
• A knack for time management and the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
