We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help us drive success across our complex organizational initiatives. What you bring

In this full-time, on-site role based in the United States, you will serve as a key bridge between our technical teams and project management staff. We rely on our analysts to maintain the integrity of our processes and ensure our projects remain on track. Your daily contributions will focus on the following areas:

• Managing project constraints such as scope, schedule, and cost while coordinating closely with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Developing comprehensive documentation, including Project Management Plans and standard operating procedures, to ensure we meet all internal and external compliance requirements.
• Performing detailed data analysis and quality assurance activities to support project reporting and organizational goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in Technology, Project Management, and Data Analysis. We value candidates who are meticulous with Documentation and committed to Compliance and Quality Assurance. You must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with our cross-functional teams. Regarding your background, we require an Associate degree or a 2-year technical school diploma, though we are happy to consider applicants with four years of relevant professional experience in lieu of formal education. Please note that this role requires you to pass a government Tier 4 High Background Investigation and obtain an industry-standard certification within six months of your start date. You should also be comfortable with occasional travel, being on call, and working outside of standard business hours when project needs arise.
