The opportunity
As our new Business Analyst, you will play a central role in how we understand our users and improve our products. This is a full-time, remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while making a tangible impact on our business strategy. You will be responsible for optimizing our data flow and creating sophisticated visualizations that provide our team with consistent, actionable insights. By bridging the gap between complex data sets and strategic decision-making, you will help us refine our product and drive growth across all our verticals.
A day in the life
- You will design and build interactive dashboards using Mixpanel to monitor key performance indicators across marketing, sales, and revenue teams.
- You will conduct deep-dive exploratory analysis to understand user behavior, performing root-cause investigations to identify trends and propose product enhancements.
- You will design experiments and perform user experience testing to evaluate product usability and ensure our features are hitting the right mark.
Who you are
We are looking for a self-starter who is not afraid to get into the weeds to get things done. You should have at least 4 years of experience in an analytics role, ideally within a SaaS or Fintech environment. We value candidates who bring a strong technical foundation and a strategic mindset to the table.
- You possess a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Science.
- You are highly proficient in SQL, BigQuery, and Python, and you are comfortable working with MS Excel and complex data infrastructure.
- You have hands-on experience with web analytics tools like Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
- You are an excellent communicator in English, capable of explaining complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are an organized, innovative problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with ease.
