With a dedicated team of over 240 employees and a vast network of more than 3,000 global linguists, we support the multicultural communication needs of over 2,000 clients across virtually every industry. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between our business objectives and our software development team, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined and effectively implemented to meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope and translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Develop comprehensive business process flow diagrams, system flows, and user interface mockups to guide the development process.
- Manage work breakdown structures within our project management systems, adhering to agile standards.
- Author detailed requirements documentation, ranging from high-level epics to granular user stories.
- Partner with software testing analysts to establish user acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases.
- Facilitate software demonstrations and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding design and functionality.
- Participate in daily scrums, project ceremonies, and regular team meetings to ensure project alignment.
Requirements
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Proven experience in process design, diagramming, and creating mockups.
- Proficiency with project management platforms and data management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience with application and data structure design, including technical requirements writing.
- Foundational knowledge of coding principles, database structures, and APIs.
- Fluency in English.
- As a government contractor, we require proof of vaccination for this position.
Preferred qualifications
- Technical proficiency in SQL and HTML.
- Experience with modern coding languages.
- Professional certifications such as Agile, Scrum, CBAP, Six Sigma, or PMP.
