The role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us on a contractor basis. This project-based position is based in Los Angeles County and operates under a hybrid model, requiring you to be onsite two days per week. If you are a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and excels at translating complex business needs into clear, actionable results, we would love to have you on our team.

Core responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder meetings to capture essential feedback, provide project updates, and ensure that all business requirements are fully understood.
• Collaborate directly with our UX, engineering, and QA teams to guarantee that product requirements are executed accurately and that any roadblocks are resolved quickly.
• Take ownership of writing product requirements and guide the development process to ensure successful implementation.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in business analysis and technical project management. We require the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to document Business Requirement Documents or create detailed user stories.
• Technical proficiency in Jira and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in healthcare or real estate is considered a plus.
