What you'll be doing
- You will design and implement robust Master Data Management solutions while establishing clear governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data consistency across our organization.
- You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with stakeholders to define data quality standards, monitor key performance indicators, and address data integrity through proactive cleansing and validation.
- You will translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations and documentation, ensuring that our cross-functional teams remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of our data projects.
What you'll bring
- A bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, math, or a related field, with a preference for master's level education.
- At least two years of professional experience in data analysis or data architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages like Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with data quality and profiling tools, such as Reltio or Information Steward.
- Experience working with Snowflake to build large datasets across various sources.
- A strong grasp of Data Governance and Data Quality principles, including data modeling and integration.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical teams and senior management.
