We are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team at ShyftLabs. As a mid-level professional, you will play a central role in our mission to ensure data accuracy and reliability, helping us solve complex challenges for our clients. We operate in a hybrid work environment in India, and we are excited to see how your expertise can contribute to our collaborative culture.

What you'll be doing

You will design and implement robust Master Data Management solutions while establishing clear governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data consistency across our organization.
You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with stakeholders to define data quality standards, monitor key performance indicators, and address data integrity through proactive cleansing and validation.
You will translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations and documentation, ensuring that our cross-functional teams remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of our data projects.

What you'll bring

A bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, math, or a related field, with a preference for master's level education.
At least two years of professional experience in data analysis or data architecture.
Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages like Python or R.
Hands-on experience with data quality and profiling tools, such as Reltio or Information Steward.
Experience working with Snowflake to build large datasets across various sources.
A strong grasp of Data Governance and Data Quality principles, including data modeling and integration.
Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical teams and senior management.
