Role at a glance

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role based in the United States, perfect for an early-career professional with one to two years of experience who is eager to turn complex data into actionable business stories.

Your impact

• Build and maintain intuitive dashboards in Looker to make critical data insights accessible and visible across the organization.
• Transform intricate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that help our stakeholders understand the story behind the numbers.
• Quantify the impact of our various initiatives by leveraging historical data to guide our future strategy and operational decisions.

What you'll need

You should be an analytical thinker who is comfortable working independently while maintaining a strong collaborative spirit. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, process-minded, and deeply focused on the end-user experience. You must be proficient in English and possess a strong intellectual drive to learn new tools and methodologies.

Technical requirements include:

• 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Proven experience with BI reporting tools, specifically Looker.
• Familiarity with GSuite and Airflow.
• Proficiency in SQL is considered a major bonus.
• A strong desire to continuously enhance your technical skill set.
