Since our inception in 2017, we have secured over $81 million in funding to build a secure, flexible platform that unlocks the potential of siloed healthcare data. Our mission is to improve patient experiences and health outcomes by helping payers manage and exchange data more effectively. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Pune, India on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our data solutions meet the complex needs of modern healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications by gathering requirements from internal subject matter experts and clients.
- Collaborate with our agile scrum teams to define user stories, build prototypes, and establish rigorous criteria for user acceptance testing and quality assurance.
- Maintain essential project documentation, including data mapping workflows, technical requirement documents, and analytics logic to ensure seamless data integration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in provider data analysis and reporting, specifically within the US healthcare sector, including familiarity with standards like HL7, FHIR, and EDI.
- Over 5 years of progressive experience in managing business requirements, including data analysis and documentation.
- Proven technical proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and transformation tasks.
- At least 3 years of experience managing the user acceptance testing process, from test case planning to defect resolution.
- A deep operational understanding of how US health insurers utilize provider data for credentialing, contracting, and network management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
