We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Project Manager to join our team in the United States. In this full-time, on-site role, you will serve as a bridge between our business goals and technical execution. We pride ourselves on helping clients leverage both existing and emerging information technologies to solve complex problems, and we need someone who can translate high-level needs into actionable system designs. If you enjoy driving process improvements and managing projects from initial requirements to final testing, we would love to have you on board.
What you'll be doing
- You will define and document project requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys, then validate these findings with stakeholders to ensure total alignment.
- You will act as the primary point of contact between business, technology, and support teams to ensure that all system solutions effectively meet our established requirements.
- You will lead the end-to-end testing process, including system testing, user acceptance testing, and beta testing, while monitoring project scope to ensure we deliver high-quality results.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Project Management and Business Analysis. You must be comfortable working in an on-site environment and possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience with requirements gathering and the ability to translate those needs into clear technical specifications for developers.
- A proven ability to analyze, document, and streamline business processes to drive efficiency.
- Strong communication skills in English, as you will be regularly chairing meetings, presenting feasibility studies, and collaborating with both management and end users.
- A deep understanding of testing methodologies and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all practice areas.
