Right now we are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between our production teams and the technology that supports them, helping us deliver reliable solutions that improve daily processes and support long-term growth.
About the Role
We are hiring a Business Analyst Manufacturing on a full-time basis. In this position you will serve as an internal consultant, guiding the understanding of manufacturing shop-floor needs while supporting the rollout of our SAP HANA project and ongoing system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an internal consultant to understand business needs and processes in manufacturing shop-floor operations.
- Assist with the implementation of the SAP HANA project and participate in the full system development life cycle, from requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance.
- Work closely with end-users to conduct User Acceptance Testing, ensure on-time project delivery, and collaborate on designing and implementing new features for system enhancement.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in SAP-related systems, with hands-on experience in at least one SAP module (ECC or HANA) such as PP, MM, or MES.
- Work comfortably in an SAP, ABAP, SQL, and MS .NET support environment, provide on-site helpdesk support to Application Management Support and business users, and demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, knowledge of Industry 4.0, procurement, quality control, or warehouse processes, and proficiency in both English and Chinese are considered advantages.
Location
This role is based on-site in Hong Kong.
