Business Analyst - Interoperability at Gerimedica

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, mid-level Business Analyst position focused on interoperability. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote flexibility with collaborative time at our office in Amsterdam. You will be a key player in shaping our interoperability roadmap while working directly with our product owners and development teams.

Your impact

• Translate complex healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7 into actionable business epics and user stories that our developers can execute.
• Serve as a bridge between our technical team and external stakeholders, including government bodies and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Analyze intricate care processes and technical requirements to drive innovation, with the ambition to grow into a Product Owner role.

What you'll need

• Three to four years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency, including experience with SQL and process modeling.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7, or a strong willingness to master them quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English to navigate relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset and the ability to maintain composure when managing expectations under external pressure.
