We are looking for a sharp, driven individual to help us bridge the gap between complex technical standards and real-world patient care.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level Business Analyst position focused on interoperability. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote flexibility with collaborative time at our office in Amsterdam. You will be a key player in shaping our interoperability roadmap while working directly with our product owners and development teams.
Your impact
- Translate complex healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7 into actionable business epics and user stories that our developers can execute.
- Serve as a bridge between our technical team and external stakeholders, including government bodies and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Analyze intricate care processes and technical requirements to drive innovation, with the ambition to grow into a Product Owner role.
What you'll need
- Three to four years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency, including experience with SQL and process modeling.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7, or a strong willingness to master them quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English to navigate relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, ambitious mindset and the ability to maintain composure when managing expectations under external pressure.
