What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a Full Time capacity. This role is based in the United States and operates on a Hybrid schedule. You will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts by transforming complex data into actionable insights. As a key member of our team, you will focus on the following responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to uncover new revenue growth opportunities.
• Measure how enterprise customers engage with our tools to improve retention and identify expansion possibilities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that standardize data and promote data-driven decision making across the organization.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong analytical background and the ability to communicate technical findings to stakeholders at all levels. We are looking for a proactive strategic thinker who takes full ownership of projects from start to finish. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science, along with at least four years of experience in data analytics, ideally within a SaaS environment. Technical proficiency is essential, specifically with SQL for handling large datasets, Excel for advanced data manipulation, and Tableau for building insightful dashboards. Fluency in English is required, and you should be comfortable engaging with senior leadership to drive business outcomes.
