Key outcomes

  • Lead business process engineering, solution requirements, and design for Human Resources systems as a core member of the IT organization.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications that guide development teams in delivering HR system solutions and enhancements.
  • Manage multiple HR products and serve as the liaison between business partners and IT across Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, and Learning Management.
  • Plan and oversee HR projects using established standards, evaluate processes for gaps and risks, and recommend corrective actions that strengthen controls and improve quality.
  • Develop risk models, identify process improvements, and maintain productive relationships with business and technology stakeholders at all levels.
  • Document business and technical requirements, define project milestones and budgets, and support testing, training, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Apply HR systems best practices to analyze, design, configure, test, and implement software solutions that meet organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years of business or software engineering experience, including progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, design, process re-engineering, system architecture, and configuration within HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or ADP.
  • Hands-on knowledge of current technology standards and trends, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
  • Domain expertise in HR technologies and solutions, including HRIS implementations, agile delivery methodologies, process re-engineering, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for audiences at every organizational level.
  • Proven ability to work within iterative and agile SDLC methodologies on complex systems implementations, including the capacity to debate ideas, manage constructive conflict, and challenge existing approaches when appropriate.
  • Fluency in English.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package for exempt employees may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates located anywhere.
