We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our IT team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our business partners and the technical team, helping us design and implement effective solutions for our HR systems. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, requiring you to work from our offices in Los Angeles or San Ramon three days each week.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department to support, upgrade, and enhance our HR systems, including core HR, recruiting, payroll, and learning management modules.
- Lead and manage assigned HR projects by evaluating existing business processes, identifying potential risks or inefficiencies, and recommending actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document technical specifications, develop risk models, and ensure that all software solutions align with HR best practices and our strategic business goals.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in business analysis or software engineering, including a background in leadership.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
- Strong proficiency in Agile software development methodologies and a deep understanding of system architecture and process re-engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
What we offer
