Business Analyst, HR Systems at BELLA+CANVAS

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, HR Systems to join our IT team on a full-time remote basis. At BELLA+CANVAS, the largest manufacturer of premium wholesale apparel in North America and the brand behind the T-Shirt movement, we operate from our Los Angeles headquarters and supply high-quality, fashion-forward garments to decorators, promotional distributors, and brands worldwide. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between HR business partners and IT, translating needs from areas such as Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, and Learning Management into clear requirements, use cases, and test plans for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Lead assigned HR technology projects using established standards, evaluate existing business processes to identify gaps and risks, and develop risk models along with process improvements that increase effectiveness and quality.
• Collaborate proactively with business teams to understand strategic goals, define the functional IT roadmap aligned with overall company objectives, and work with stakeholders and development teams to analyze, design, test, and deliver software solutions that follow HR systems best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of business or software engineering experience with increasing leadership responsibilities, plus a bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience in business analysis, design, process re-engineering, system architecture, and configuration within HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or ADP.
• Strong understanding of HRIS implementations, agile software delivery methodologies, automated test strategies, and how people, processes, and technology interact to deliver complex solutions; excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for all organizational levels.

What we offer
