As a fully funded, rapidly growing company, we are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst based in India to help us continue scaling our impact while working in a flexible, remote environment.
What you'll be doing
- You will plan and design business processes and system modifications, providing expert recommendations to improve our clients' operations.
- You will gather and document complex business requirements through work sessions and interviews, translating those needs into actionable user stories and technical documentation.
- You will oversee the testing lifecycle, including creating complex test cases and supporting the UAT and release phases to ensure our systems meet every client requirement.
What you'll bring
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the insurance or insurtech sectors.
- You possess a strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a proven ability to prioritize work across sprints and epics.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, and your ability to speak Chinese is considered a valuable asset.
- You are proficient in technical writing, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
- You hold a degree in Business, IT, or a related field, and you are currently based in India.
