We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our data team in Soho, London. This is an on-site, full-time position where you will play a vital role in our regulatory reporting and product development efforts.
What you'll be doing
- You will partner with our compliance team to translate complex regulatory reporting needs into clear technical specifications for our data engineers.
- You will serve as a key contributor to data product ownership, which involves gathering requirements, managing the backlog, and prioritizing tasks to keep our projects moving forward.
- You will represent our delivery teams in compliance forums, conduct capacity planning, and ensure that all reporting systems are thoroughly documented and monitored.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in business analysis and a logical, structured approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in business analysis, ideally within a regulated industry such as gambling, anti-money laundering, or customer protection.
- Expertise in using Jira to manage workflows, along with the ability to coach others on its best practices.
- A deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to draw actionable insights from performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across different brands and geographical regions.
