The opportunity

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our product delivery. This position is designed for someone who thrives on turning complex business needs into actionable project plans. You will act as a bridge between our technology, product, and sales teams, ensuring that our AI-driven analytics provide maximum value to our enterprise clients. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap and tactical decision-making, helping us maintain our edge in the capital markets sector.

A day in the life

• You will manage the Agile development process using Jira, which includes leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to keep our delivery timelines on track.
• You will translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, creating user stories and process flows that guide our development team toward successful implementation.
• You will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, conducting back-tests and live demonstrations to showcase our product functionality while identifying new opportunities for growth and process improvement.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least four years of experience in a business analyst role and a strong background in Capital Markets. You possess a bachelor’s degree in a field like Computer Science, Finance, or Engineering, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. You are a strategic thinker who can communicate complex logic clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Furthermore, you have a solid grasp of Product development, Risk Management, and real-time Streaming data, and you are eager to apply your skills to our suite of trading automation tools.
