What you bring
We are searching for an Executive-level Business Affairs Lead to join our internal, multi-disciplinary creative team. This is a full-time, remote position where you will help steward our visual brand and shape the future of our business affairs operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex negotiations and deal drafting for talent, music, and production partners while ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Creative to drive efficient project outcomes.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of production paperwork and rights management to ensure our creative work is executed seamlessly.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial thinker with 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or production counseling. You should possess a deep understanding of union and non-union production landscapes, branded partnerships, and social media content. We value candidates who demonstrate high integrity, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to solve complex problems independently. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with Airtable or similar relational data management tools is a significant advantage. You should be comfortable navigating a fast-paced, creative environment while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
What we offer
We believe in rewarding our talent, and the base pay range for this role is $150,000 to $192,000 USD. Beyond your salary, we provide a comprehensive support system designed to help you thrive in your work and personal life.
