Role at a glance
This is a mid-level, part-time position based on-site in San Francisco, California. You will report directly to the Building Shift Security Supervisor and play a vital role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our world-class facility.
Your impact
- Maintain a secure environment by patrolling the premises, monitoring access points, and conducting thorough security screenings for all guests and staff.
- Act as a primary point of escalation for security issues, resolving disturbances and managing incident reporting with precision.
- Collaborate with internal operations, local law enforcement, and emergency services to manage crowd control and ensure compliance with all venue safety policies.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of hands-on security experience and all relevant state-mandated security licenses.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle sensitive situations and document incidents effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and a solid understanding of incident management protocols.
- Fluency in English and the ability to maintain a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The physical capability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Perks and compensation
