We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to help us maintain our high standards for operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
What you bring
As a mid-level Building Engineer, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our properties. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the United States, where you will focus on keeping our plant equipment running at peak efficiency through expert engineering and automation practices. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire control systems.
- Troubleshooting facility issues and conducting regular site inspections of mechanical and electrical rooms.
- Communicating clearly with tenants, vendors, and management while providing guidance on facility improvements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and at least two years of field experience or equivalent technical training. We value candidates who are comfortable working independently and have the basic computer skills necessary to navigate building automation systems. You must be proficient in English to interpret technical manuals and safety procedures effectively. Furthermore, you should have a solid understanding of OSHA, NEC, and NFC regulations. Relevant training or certifications in HVAC or Operating Engineer technologies are highly desired, and you should be physically capable of lifting at least 50 pounds, working from heights, and climbing ladders as needed.
