Role at a glance
We are looking for a Brokerage Support Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level role based on-site in the United States, where you will play a critical part in maintaining the technical health of our brokerage operations.
Your impact
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams, providing second-level support for production issues and managing the escalation process.
- Analyze complex data using SQL and JavaScript to identify root causes, resolve recurring issues, and provide actionable insights to our product teams.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Product Managers to build out our internal knowledge base, create training documentation, and streamline our support workflows.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a passion for fintech. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- At least 2 years of experience working within the tech, fintech, banking, or broker-dealer sectors.
- Strong technical proficiency with tools and technologies including SQL, JavaScript, GraphQL, Datadog, Snowflake, AWS, Elastic, Salesforce, Tableau, and Kibana.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to document complex troubleshooting steps and collaborate effectively across various departments.
- The ability to work Pacific hours from 11 am to 8 pm.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Perks and compensation
