The role

We are looking for a Senior BriteCore Integration Architect to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a pivotal role for our organization as we migrate to the BriteCore platform to enhance our insurance technology stack. While this position is initially hosted through our partner, TechMatrix, you will work directly with our engineering team to drive innovation and system optimization. We are seeking an experienced professional who can navigate complex insurance workflows and provide the technical leadership necessary to ensure our systems operate at the highest level.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BriteCore technical team to build and refine APIs, enhance event-driven infrastructure, and manage complex data integrations between internal and third-party systems.
• Lead the end-to-end data mapping and migration process, ensuring all information is accurately transitioned while maintaining the integrity of our policy, claims, and billing data.
• Provide technical mentorship to the integration team, conduct thorough system testing, and produce comprehensive documentation to support our ongoing project goals and stakeholder reporting.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in engineering within the Property and Casualty insurance sector. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of engineering experience in P&C insurance, specifically with homeowners, condo, renter, or dwelling fire policies.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with BriteCore APIs and 1 to 2 years of experience in BriteCore system administration.
• Strong technical proficiency in API development, ELT/ETL processes, and event-driven architecture.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to align your work schedule with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• A detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and project management.
