Manychat is a premier Chat Marketing platform that enables businesses to connect with their customers across platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram. As a Meta Official Business Partner backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, we support over one million businesses globally. We are looking for a senior-level Brazil Operations Coordinator to join our remote team and help us scale our presence and internal processes within the Brazilian market.

Responsibilities

Manage and integrate global operational processes, specifically across Finance, Legal, and Human Resources.
Help build our local team culture and establish our physical presence in Brazil.
Work alongside global stakeholders in Technology, Finance, Legal, and HR to align our regional strategy.
Serve as a local expert, providing global teams with valuable insights into the Brazilian market.
Coordinate both local and global internal and external events.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or Facilities management within the Brazilian tech sector.
A proven history of successfully managing office operations.
Strong skills in managing complex work streams and coordinating across different functional teams.
Fluency in both English and Portuguese.

Nice-to-haves

Professional background in Hospitality or Events Production.
Proficiency in Spanish.
