Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Braze Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you can maintain some overlap with our 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST business hours. You will be providing essential coverage for our lifecycle marketing campaigns, with the potential for future project opportunities.
Your impact
- Campaign Execution: You will independently plan, set up, and manage lifecycle campaigns, automated triggers, and transactional communications across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS.
- Design & Content Strategy: You will collaborate with our brand team and external partners to maintain high-quality templates, refine graphics, and polish copy to ensure our messaging is clear and effective.
- Performance Analysis: You will track key metrics like open and click rates, analyze testing results, and report on campaign success to help drive our team goals and KPIs.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Braze Customer Engagement Platform, including building complex canvases and campaigns.
- Strong technical proficiency, including experience with liquid logic, segmentation, delivery validation, and updating email HTML.
- A solid grasp of basic graphic design tools like Canva and experience with consumer-facing copywriting.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks using tools like Asana.
- A detail-oriented mindset, the ability to communicate effectively across teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The compensation for this contract role is $100,000 to $156,000 per year, or $50 to $75 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, you will enjoy the following benefits:
