We are 42dot, a mobility AI company currently spearheading the software-defined vehicle transition for the Hyundai Motor Group. We are looking for a Lead Brand Product Marketer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully launching our products and executing diverse marketing activities that align with our long-term and short-term corporate vision. You will act as a guardian of our brand identity, ensuring that our communications remain consistent while navigating evolving technological landscapes and industry trends. This position is offered in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing campaigns for both internal and external audiences.
- Define our brand mission, vision, and narrative, including the creation of naming conventions, keywords, and slogans.
- Establish product positioning, formulate go-to-market strategies, manage product launches, and track performance metrics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in brand or product marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills capable of conveying core messages that support marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives to meet specific KPIs.
- Experience managing projects with diverse external partners, including design, video, and development teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Fluency in both Korean and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred candidates will have experience in the IT or mobility sectors and a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.
