What is this role?

This is a full-time, senior-level Brand Partnerships Senior Account Executive position. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, allowing you to balance in-office collaboration with remote flexibility depending on your location.

What will you do?

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and customized demos to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing new brand partnerships.
  • Build and execute territory plans that consistently meet or exceed your individual quota while maintaining an accurate, forecastable pipeline.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Data Science, Custom Analytics, and Customer Success to deliver tailored measurement solutions that address each prospect’s specific challenges.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring at least five years of consultative B2B sales experience, ideally within an agency, research firm, or digital media services company, selling subscription-based solutions to brands. You excel at presenting complex offerings, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, and turning data insights into compelling stories that resonate with mid-to-senior decision makers. Strong command of Salesforce and other CRM tools, along with polished presentation skills in both PowerPoint and Excel, helps you stay organized and persuasive. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, communicate clearly across functions, and enjoy building trusted-advisor relationships that drive long-term impact. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus fluency in English, rounds out your profile.

What’s in it for you?

We offer a target OTE cash compensation range of $310,000–350,000 USD annually, which includes base salary, variable commission, and bonus opportunities. In addition to competitive pay, you’ll receive equity compensation, generous paid time off, and the flexibility of hybrid or fully remote work arrangements depending on your location.
