Role at a glance

We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Lead to join our team in the Netherlands. This is a full-time, lead-level position that operates on a hybrid basis, allowing you to balance time between our carbon-neutral Amsterdam office and your home workspace.

Your impact

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that elevates our brand awareness and strengthens our market position through compelling storytelling.
• Identify and cultivate new relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from cultural institutions to consumer brands, to expand our commercial reach.
• Manage partnerships from end to end, ensuring that every collaboration is measured against key performance indicators and optimized for maximum impact.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive strategist who thrives on autonomy and innovation. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in relationship management, networking, or a similar field.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate creative ideas into measurable business results.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Native-level proficiency in Dutch and excellent communication skills in English.
• A creative approach to branding and a passion for connecting with new audiences.
