Your impact

As Brand Partnerships Lead, you will be the driving force behind strategic collaborations that strengthen brand awareness and our market position, laying the foundation for future growth. Right now, there are a few partnerships at Vandebron — like De Balie, de Energiewending and Trees for all and we like to broaden our (commercial) scope to reach new audiences and target groups. It’s up to you to build upon this discipline: exploring the market, reaching out to potential partners, and setting up collaborations that truly elevate our brand.

Your role will directly shape how Vandebron shows up in the public domain, positioning us as a thought leader in the energy transition and contributing to our commercial performance. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Brand, Commerce, and Strategy, while having the autonomy to pioneer and scale our partnership function.

In this role, you’ll be reporting directly to Yvonne Kleemans (Manager Customer Experience & Brand Marketing).

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy that enhances brand awareness and strengthens our market position by translating partnerships into compelling stories. 

  • Provide input for PR and storytelling, ensuring partnerships translate into compelling narratives.

  • Identify, initiate, and expand partnerships with external stakeholders (from cultural organizations to retail and consumer brands).

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring added value for both sides.

  • Integrate partnerships with ongoing marketing and campaign goals, maximizing exposure and impact.

  • Manage projects end-to-end, from first contact to measurable results.

  • Measure the success, optimize, and professionalize existing partnerships.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management and network building, with strong communication skills (preferably, but not necessarily as a Partnership or PR Lead).

  • Strategic thinker who can spot or create their own opportunities and translate them into impactful actions.

  • Project management skills: able to independently set up, drive, and deliver initiatives end-to-end.

  • Creative and innovative mindset, with marketing affinity to connect partnerships to brand, campaign, and PR activities.

  • Data-driven approach: comfortable evaluating success based on KPIs and optimizing accordingly.

  • Proactive and self-starting, thriving in a dynamic environment with high autonomy.

  • Native-level Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.
