Join us in shaping the brand presence of one of Europe's leading digital service providers through various brands. As Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in developing, and executing B2B brand strategies and multi-channel campaigns that elevate awareness, strengthen positioning, and fuel growth. You will mainly focus on the SMB and web professionals audiences in Europe (Germany, the UK, France, Spain…). The position can be filled in Karlsruhe or Berlin.
Tasks
- Lead 360° Brand with Products Campaigns: Drive concept-to-execution campaigns across TV, YouTube, podcast, digital, and social, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand strategy.
- Shape Brand Identity & Positioning: Safeguard and evolve the unique voice of each brand. Ensure message consistency across all touchpoints and consult on cross-functional initiatives.
- Campaign & Project Management: Own campaign briefings, agency and specialists coordination, deliverables, and performance oversight. Plan and manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Apply Data-Driven Insights: Monitor performance, conduct market and competitor research, analyze trends and customer feedback, and refine strategies and campaigns assets for impact.
- Drive Innovation: Experiment and leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance branding, personalization, and campaign performance in marketing execution and workflows.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cross-media brand campaigns, including creative concepting, coordination and performance analysis.
- Proven track record in brand or advertising management, ideally with international exposure.Depp know-how in B2B Marketing and audiences, with affinity for the IT and Tech industry.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- A good sense of when to push and when to adapt—you're persistent where it matters, and navigate constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and functions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German wished. Other European languages are a plus.
- Bonus: Demonstrated experience applying AI in marketing—whether through automation, content generation, audience insights, or campaign optimization.
