What you bring
As a Mid-Level Brand Marketing Manager working in a full-time capacity, you will be instrumental in developing and executing B2B brand strategies that resonate with audiences across Europe. This role is based in Germany, with the option to work from our offices in Karlsruhe or Berlin. You will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, utilizing your expertise in Branding, Cloud Services, and Data Analysis to drive our brand forward.
- Lead comprehensive brand and product campaigns from initial concept through to final execution across diverse channels like digital, social, and broadcast media.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, which includes coordinating with agencies, overseeing deliverables, and maintaining strict budget control.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, conduct competitor research, and refine our marketing assets for maximum impact.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive professional who holds a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. You should bring at least three years of experience in cross-media brand campaigns and a solid background in B2B marketing, ideally within the tech or IT sector. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You must be fluent in English, and we value candidates who also speak German. A strong sense of collaboration is essential, as you will be working across various functions and cultures. If you have experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing workflows or audience insights, that is a significant advantage.
