About the Role
We are searching for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this senior-level position, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for crafting and executing marketing initiatives that connect our brand with consumers across California. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing, acting as a key driver for our media strategy, local partnerships, and promotional events. We need a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and is deeply committed to using consumer insights to shape our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social, influencer, and media channels, ensuring all efforts align with our broader business objectives and brand vision.
- Utilize market research and data-driven analysis to identify emerging trends, monitor campaign performance, and optimize our strategies for maximum impact.
- Build and maintain a robust network of community partners, influencers, and local ambassadors to expand our reach and drive new lead generation for our locations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, combined with at least five years of relevant experience, or a minimum of eight years of professional experience total. An MBA is considered a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel marketing, ideally within the retail, wellness, or hospitality sectors.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities and remove obstacles in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for transforming data into actionable strategies that solve business challenges.
- Excellent presentation skills and a sharp eye for design aesthetic.
- A self-starter mindset characterized by strong accountability, initiative, and the ability to build relationships across a matrixed organization.

This position is based in a hybrid work environment and is open to candidates located anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is 65,000 USD to 85,000 USD per year, depending on your experience. In addition to competitive pay, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.
