About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand strategy, ensuring that our game reaches its target audience through effective promotional plans and community engagement. You will work closely with our internal teams and external partners to bring our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns that highlight the unique features of our game.
- Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and content creators to foster a thriving ecosystem of user-generated content and gameplay modes.
- Utilize data analysis and key performance indicators to assess the success of marketing initiatives and refine our approach for future updates.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and skills to the table:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing.
- Strong command of the English language, with a deep understanding of the North American market.
- Expertise in managing user-generated content ecosystems and community platforms.
- A solid background in brand strategy and social marketing.
- A genuine passion for gaming and anime culture, combined with excellent communication and execution abilities.
Location
This role is fully remote, and we welcome applicants based anywhere in North America. We also maintain office locations in downtown Montreal and downtown Santa Monica if you prefer a hybrid or in-office arrangement.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $180,000 USD per year, with final compensation determined by your specific experience and location. We also provide a robust benefits package to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
