We are a Series B funded HealthTech company on a mission to become the essential digital health partner for women, girls, and people who menstruate worldwide. With more than 350 million downloads, 65 million monthly users, and a valuation approaching $1 billion, our cycle, ovulation, and pregnancy tracking tools, educational content, and community platform have already earned the trust of millions. We are now seeking an ambitious Brand Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United Kingdom for a fixed-term maternity cover contract of up to 11 months, helping to strengthen our brand while advancing our Prosocial Initiative, Pass it On.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Pass it On Project, managing campaign strategy, goals, KPIs, and the marketing calendar to expand free subscription access in more than 66 countries and drive health-literacy impact in markets such as India and Indonesia.
- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns that raise awareness of the initiative, working closely with medical, product, creative, comms, and influencer teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Partner with Consumer Insights and Analytics to establish measurement frameworks, launch local market surveys, and refine strategies that generate word-of-mouth growth and deeper engagement in priority regions.
Requirements
- At least five years of marketing experience, including building and executing brand campaigns for consumer apps from concept through to delivery in collaboration with creative teams.
- Strong understanding of female health and well-being markets, cultural trends, and the needs of core consumer audiences, with previous experience in health or femtech considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to create marketing plans optimised for app businesses, manage cross-functional projects, oversee budgets, and track performance to optimise results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently with minimal guidance.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant academic or business field is preferred, as is prior experience in the Indian market or managing social media, brand partnerships, and influencer campaigns.
