At Buck Mason, we are dedicated to redefining the American wardrobe. Since our start in 2013 in a small Venice, California garage, we have focused on blending traditional manufacturing with modern technology to create updated classics that stand the test of time. We operate with an architectural mindset, producing much of our apparel in our own USA-based factory. We are currently looking for a visionary Brand Marketing Director to join our team in Los Angeles. This full-time, on-site role reports directly to our founders and requires a creative leader who can translate our unique aesthetic into compelling narratives across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of our brand marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are consistent, timely, and optimized to drive engagement and sales.
- Direct our integrated marketing strategy by managing cross-functional teams to launch store openings, influencer programs, and large-scale brand awareness campaigns.
- Oversee the day-to-day stewardship of our brand identity, working closely with our creative, merchandising, and digital teams to produce high-impact content and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in integrated and brand marketing, ideally within a high-growth apparel brand or agency environment.
- A proven ability to translate brand strategy into creative, in-market execution that fosters sustained customer engagement.
- Deep expertise in campaign management, PR, social media, and community building, paired with a strong understanding of the California lifestyle and the menswear industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced, creative setting.
