At Buck Mason, we are dedicated to redefining the American wardrobe. Since our founding in 2013 by Sasha Koehn and Erik Allen, we have grown from a small garage in Venice, California, into a brand that blends traditional manufacturing with modern technology. We focus on creating updated, timeless classics that are designed to last. By producing much of our apparel in our own USA-based factory, we maintain an architectural approach to fashion that simplifies the daily wardrobe. We are now looking for a creative and driven leader to help us continue this journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate our integrated brand marketing strategy, including the management of the marketing calendar to ensure all campaigns are executed on time and optimized for engagement and sales impact.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such as creative, merchandising, and digital marketing to develop high-impact content, PR initiatives, and social media strategies.
- Develop and manage community engagement programs, brand partnerships, and retail activations that foster grassroots awareness and growth for both our men’s and women’s lines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in integrated and brand marketing, ideally within a high-growth consumer apparel brand or an agency environment.

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate brand strategy into successful creative execution.
- A strong creative eye with an innate understanding of the Buck Mason visual language and the menswear industry.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to project management and team leadership.
