About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will lead the marketing strategy for Zola, Zola for Vendors, and Zola Baby. You will work alongside internal stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, strengthen our market position, and ensure our messaging remains consistent and compelling across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, managing everything from initial strategy and goal setting to final post-analysis.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B content strategy and event roadmap specifically designed to position Zola for Vendors as the most trusted solution in the wedding industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing collateral and tools that empower our sales and account management departments to drive conversion.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional marketing experience, preferably with a mix of both B2C and B2B backgrounds.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from the conceptual phase through to successful execution.
- Strong creative and strategic instincts, paired with a consumer-first mindset that allows you to build solutions that truly resonate with our audience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships both inside and outside the company.
- A highly organized, results-oriented approach that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
