We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. IRCA is a global leader in the production of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry, and gelato industries. With a portfolio that includes chocolate, creams, and specialized inclusions, we support everyone from independent artisans to major international food manufacturers. Following our recent expansion and acquisitions, we now operate 22 manufacturing facilities across Europe, the US, and Vietnam, generating over €1 billion in revenue. We need a strategic leader to drive our brand vision and category initiatives across the Americas region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and category strategies, including the creation of a multi-brand approach and a cohesive customer journey for the Americas.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns while overseeing product development cycles to ensure our offerings align with market needs and brand positioning.
- Collaborate across departments, including our Academy chefs and sales teams, to maintain brand consistency and manage regional budgets for maximum impact.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, with an MBA being a distinct advantage.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in brand management, ideally within a B2B or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and the ability to interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to engage in business travel up to 10-20% of the time.
