What You'll Be Up To:
- Creative Branding Guru: Shape, design, and showcase Zenoti’s employer brand in ways that scream “This is the place to be!”
- Digital Charm Offensive: Manage our social media presence, build engagement, and create buzz-worthy campaigns tailored for a tech-savvy audience.
- Strategy Meets Creativity: Collaborate with Talent and leadership to understand our target audience and craft messaging that aligns with their aspirations.
- Content Wizardry: Lead the creation of blogs, videos, employee stories, and quirky campaigns that showcase Zenoti’s awesomeness as a workplace.
- Data-Driven Genius: Use analytics and insights to optimize campaigns and understand what makes techies tick (and click!).
- Employer Branding Ally: Work closely with recruiters and talent teams to ensure our messaging appeals to the right audience and attracts the crème de la crème of tech talent.
What Makes You Our Unicorn:
- You’re a marketer with 8-10 years of experience who’s dabbled in storytelling, branding, and digital campaigns.
- You’re tech-curious and know how to speak the language of developers, engineers, and data scientists.
- You’re a social media ninja, fluent in Instagram, LinkedIn, and maybe even a cheeky trend.
- You can balance big-picture strategy with a flair for execution.
