What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position designed for a marketing expert who understands how to build a compelling employer brand. You will be instrumental in positioning Zenoti as a top-tier destination for tech talent, ensuring our culture and values resonate with the brightest minds in the industry.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute creative branding strategies that highlight Zenoti as an exceptional place to work for tech professionals.
- Lead the production of engaging content, including videos, blogs, and employee stories, while managing our social media presence to build meaningful connections.
- Collaborate closely with our talent acquisition and leadership teams to align our messaging with our recruitment goals and attract high-quality candidates.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a seasoned marketer with 8 to 10 years of experience in branding, storytelling, and digital campaigns. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- A deep understanding of how to communicate effectively with technical audiences like developers and engineers.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms and creating buzz-worthy digital campaigns.
- The ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
- Strong proficiency in English to craft compelling narratives.
