About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to learn the ropes of our business. You will work directly with our senior leadership team to manage sales for our clients within the retail sector, helping us exceed performance goals while gaining the skills necessary to eventually oversee your own sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive marketing and campaign plans, which includes developing product positioning strategies and gaining valuable market insights.
- Identify new business opportunities by collaborating across different departments, such as sales and human resources.
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure we consistently meet and exceed our established sales targets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work effectively on your own. We value candidates who are resourceful under pressure and have a sharp eye for detail. Specific qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Between zero and five years of relevant experience in marketing management, though we provide full paid training for the right candidate.
- A strong set of core competencies, including leadership potential, integrity, sound judgment, and a consistently positive attitude.
