The opportunity
We are searching for a Brand Manager to join our marketing department and play a pivotal role in making Clutch a household name. In this full-time, on-site position, you will report to the Director of Brand Marketing. You will work closely with our Growth, Product, and Sales teams to ensure our brand voice remains bold and consistent as we build the next great Canadian company.
A day in the life
- You will guide our brand vision by leading campaign planning, developing creative briefs, and executing media and social media strategies.
- You will collaborate with our Growth Marketing team to produce high-impact, in-house creative content that reflects our unique challenger tone.
- You will act as the primary guardian of our brand, ensuring that all communications align with our overarching strategy and established guidelines while helping to shape our future brand roadmap.
Who you are
You are a creative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity. We are looking for someone who brings the following to our team:
- At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing, whether gained at an agency, a startup, or an established brand.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining an iconic brand identity.
- A high level of comfort with giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback.
- Fluency in English and a passion for taking calculated risks to drive brand growth.
