About the Role:
Clutch is looking for a Brand Manager to join the Marketing team and be an integral part of turning Clutch into a household name.
In this position, you will report to the Director, Brand Marketing and work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales.
What you’ll do:
- Help bring our brand vision by facilitating campaign planning, creative briefs, media planning, and social media strategy
- Work with our Growth Marketing team to develop bold in-house creative that embodies our challenger tone of voice
- Assist in updating our brand strategy and building out a 2025 brand plan
- Act as the guardian of the brand ensuring the adoption of the overall brand strategy and guidelines
You’ll be great in this role if:
- You’ve got 3+ years of brand marketing experience either at a brand, startup, or agency
- You have firsthand experience building an iconic brand
- You have a bachelor's degree (but this is not a must)
- You’re creative and relish taking risks
- You want to have a direct impact on building Canada’s next unicorn
