What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic leadership position focused on the Americas region. You will be the driving force behind our portfolio, category, and brand strategies, ensuring that our vision resonates across various market segments. While this role offers the flexibility of remote work, we are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively across our global organization and occasionally travel to our US sites.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute brand strategies by conducting deep market research, defining our brand vision, and leading our regional Ambassador Network to strengthen our presence in the Americas.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns by collaborating with creative teams to build brand equity, while monitoring performance metrics to ensure we are hitting our targets and maximizing impact.
- Drive category management and product development by working closely with our regional leadership and internal chefs to define winning strategies and oversee the successful launch of new products.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in brand management, ideally within a B2B or food manufacturing environment. We value candidates who combine creative thinking with a data-driven mindset. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, with an MBA being a distinct advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within a group-oriented context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data to guide decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and cross-functional relationships.
- Proficiency in modern marketing tools and digital platforms.
